Holiday Inn Express is a no frills hotel. It’s for white collar road warriors. You stay smart. You save the company and the client money. No room service or overpriced, meet you in the lobby at 10 am for a hotel breakfast. They were lucky if they had breakfast. Introducing a perk like Cinnamon rolls and roasted coffee was a serious upgrade. We just celebrated the idea that these no frills travelers could be fans of actually having breakfast again. The great thing about this brand is they knew what this audience loved even more. Humor.
